Browsing the site requires no account. Your bag and your cookie choice are held in your own browser. When you write to the house, we hold your message and your email address so we can reply.

Checkout, payment and order fulfilment are handled by Shopify. The name, address, contact and payment details you enter there are processed by Shopify and its payment providers so the order can be taken, paid and delivered. Card details are never held by the house.

With your agreement, the site uses the Meta Pixel so that Meta Platforms can measure which visits and which purchases followed advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and can improve which advertising is shown. The data shared for this purpose is limited to the pages viewed, items viewed or added to the bag, checkout starts, and the identifiers Meta sets in your browser. Meta acts as recipient of that data under its own terms.

Nothing is loaded and nothing is sent to Meta unless marketing cookies are accepted. Where prior consent is required, marketing measurement stays off until you accept. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, marketing measurement remains off regardless.

You may accept or reject marketing cookies at any time, and withdraw an earlier acceptance, through Cookies or the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: the Meta identifiers are cleared and no further events are sent.

Correspondence is kept while it is needed to answer you and to keep a record of the order it concerns. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.
